Who we are
Geodesia is a brand operated by Product Expanse LLC, Berkeley, California, USA. Product Expanse LLC runs this website and the G-1 early access program. If Geodesia moves to its own company, we will update this notice. Write to privacy@geodesia.ai about anything in it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for early access.
- Your answers to the optional questions after signup: what you are building, where your models run, whether you use a router, what G-1 should stop first, how much live traffic you have and, if you choose, an AI answer you would like us to look at.
- How you found us: the page you signed up on, the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the name of the referring website.
- The date you signed up and agreed to receive email about early access.
We do not ask for your name, phone number or company. We never buy or rent lists.
Why we use it
- To give you early access to G-1 and to write to you about it.
- To decide who we invite first.
- To count, in aggregate, which channels bring interested teams.
We use it only for G-1 early access and conversations about G-1. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
If you share an AI answer with us, a founder reads it to prepare your demo. We never publish or share it, and we delete it on request. Please leave out personal data, secrets and other sensitive information. A redacted or made-up example is fine.
Service providers
- Brevo (Paris, France) stores contacts, sends our emails and hosts the demo booking page shown after signup.
- Cloudflare (San Francisco, USA) serves this site and runs Turnstile, a privacy-preserving check that the signup comes from a person and not a bot.
- Plausible Analytics (Tartu, Estonia) counts page views and a few anonymous events, such as a form being sent. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
Cookies
One, and only after you sign up: a session cookie that links your optional answers to your email. It is strictly necessary for that step, is not used for tracking and expires after one hour. Turnstile and the Brevo booking page may use their own technical cookies when they load.
After you sign up we send a short welcome note, then early access invites and updates about G-1. Every email lets you unsubscribe, and you can also reply "unsubscribe".
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. Where the GDPR or the California privacy laws apply, you have those rights by law, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to privacy@geodesia.ai. We answer within one month.
The G-1 software
G-1 runs in your own cloud or on your own servers. Your G-1 deployment does not send prompts, answers, verdicts or logs to Geodesia. There is no call-home: the license is checked locally. If G-1 calls a hosted model provider, your prompts go to that provider, as they would without G-1. What you send us through this website is covered by the sections above.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top and, for a material change, tell the people on the list.
